The Sarnia Legionnaires took on the St-Thomas Stars at the Brock Street barn last night. I went out to get some shots but of course I ran into the dreaded “no where to shoot except through glass” problem! The city really needs to get some holes cut in that glass. It has been done at plenty of rinks in Ontario and the world, I’m sure we can figure out how to do it safely.
I didn’t plan on seeing a couple local boys I know from my son’s school hockey and watching Lambton AAA hockey, the Hurtubise brothers were on hand for the Stars. I got a few shots of the brothers, hopefully their parents will get to see these. It was an exciting game, lots of speed both ways, lots of hits and plenty of shots. Enjoy these shots!
